• Entry on day of arrival is after 3pm. For arrivals after 6pm please let us know in advance.
• Caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• Caravans must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• A Good House Keeping Deposit of £100 per unit will be payable before access to the accommodation.
• Season runs from 24th March to 4th November 2012.
• Hire Period: 1 week or multiples of Saturday - Saturday.
• Short Breaks available of a minimum of two nights outwith July and August.
• Deposit required on booking is £100 - the balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Insurance - we strongly recommend that cover is taken (as refunds cannot be made).
• Dogs - Strictly no pets allowed in the holiday homes.
• Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided in all caravans. Towels and tea towels are not provided.
• Caravans are ready for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
• Latest arrival time is 8.00pm, prior arrangements to be made should arrival be later.
• All prices include gas, electricity and VAT at 20%
• All caravans are non-smoking

No 3: 2009 model Atlas Moonstone 35’ x 12’ One double, two twin bedded rooms. separate toilet/shower room. Front and side veranda with picnic table.
No 4: 2008 model Cosalt Torino 35’x12’ One double, two twin bedded rooms, separate toilet/shower room. Large veranda and picnic table.
No 5: 2012 model Swift Moselle 35’ x 12’ First bedroom with double bed and en-suite with toilet and wash basin, second bedroom with twin beds, shower room with toilet and wash basin. Front and side veranda with tables & chairs.
All Caravans have: Central heating throughout and UPVC double-glazing, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, digital TV and DVD player, cooking and eating utensils, pillows & hollow-fibre continental quilts. Linen is provided but does not include towels.
Bookings: require completion of booking form and payment of £100 deposit, the balance being paid 14 days before commencement of the booking period.
No pets or smoking allowed in any of our caravans.
